Get Into Asia... follows a series of steps to help you get your business started.

Throughout our consultations with you our job is to provide advice and guidance as you prepare to move into this new market. The final decision is always yours.

These are the steps to a successful entry into Asia:

At our first meeting we will listen as you describe your requirements. Armed with this information we will prepare a concept proposal for your consideration.

After you consider our proposal we will meet again to discuss any questions you have.
When you are ready to go ahead we will need a letter from your accountant certifying that you have the funds available to carry out your project.
Then we will sign our standard agreement for you to hire us for the project.

The next step is to develop a project concept and prepare a pre-feasibility study by confirming the market, identifying the best available proven technology or services you will require, and the impact on cost/return opportunities. To achieve this you will travel with us to the location you plan to do business.
On our first and subsequent trips to the location we will show you potential sites, introduce you to people who could be helpful, and show you around the location. We will also explain business, cultural and social differences you should be aware of. As well, we will show you meeting places, office space, restaurants, markets, places to shop for equipment or tools you may need. In short, these trips will help you thoroughly familiarize yourself with your target location and help ease you into opening your business with minimum fuss.
Each month we will present a detailed report of our trip and the work we have done on your behalf. Then we will offer suggestions for the next step.
As part of our service we will help you apply to government agencies for any permits required, to apply for government business incentive programs, set up companies, open bank accounts, find business premises, and so on. Your project is unique, so we will detail these requirements as we work with you.
After your business is well established, we will be available for further consultations whenever you need us.
